Saginaw, MI – In response to the rapid growth of Duperon Corporation and the expansion of the management team over the last several years, Terry L. Duperon, the founder of Duperon Corporation, the inventor of the now-legendary FlexRake® technology and the President/CEO of the company for the last 25 years will assume the position of Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2010. At that time, Tammy L. (Duperon) Bernier, current Duperon Vice President and COO, will become President/CEO of the corporation.
