We have a strict returns policy due to hygiene reasons.

If the item is faulty

We offer returns or replacements on items that are damaged or faulty.
Please contact us with your order number and description of the faulty item before returning to us. We will cover the costs for any additional shipping in this case.

If you change your mind (and the item is not faulty)

Micro Glow offers credit notes if you change of mind however we are unable to accept returns on open or unused products due to hygiene reasons. If you wish to return your unopened items for store credit please...

-Contact us for a Return Authority (RA Number) within 7 days of receiving your order (outside of this time frame we are unable to accept returns)

-Package your Micro Glow up and return to the address provided with your RA Number. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

-Returns will incur a restocking fee of $20 to cover the costs of processing the order and any shipping we have paid for

-Orders that are returned due to non collection from pick up points will incur a fee of $20 to cover the shipping and return shipping of the items.
